It has and continues to be a great pleasure working with you.
As you know Gulfstream had an ongoing internet problem that we were
unsuccessful in resolving with our local phone company for some time. Our
system was down and when it was up we were having an issue with not being
able to connect with our Outlook Express and server as well as problems with
spamming.
Gulfstream had been unsuccessful until we contacted you. We found you to be
prompt, efficient, extremely knowledgeable and above all professional. Ken,
you immediately understood our frustration and concerns. You came to our
place of business and not only resolved our internet issue, but followed-up
to insure we were operating without further difficulties.
Whenever we have been in need of computer support, there has never been A
time when you were unable to assist us. This is quite a rare trait these
days.
