MY MARRIAGE (and my LIFE)!
I had a serious PC problem, which my wife, who’s away
this week, would kill me if I hadn’t fixed before she
returned. (LOL)
In desperation, I went to the "Tech" AOL chat room for
advice. I was told, among other things, "reformat your
hard drive (ha ha)."
Luckily, Ken was in the room, fighting the hackers and
saboteurs -- like a super hero!
He told me not to listen to the wise guys and gave me
his telephone number. When I called, he walked me
through the solution in 3 minutes!
Then he proceeded to give me FOUR HOURS of invaluable
training and tips on anything I asked about! This
included:
-- How to create a website inexpensively.
-- How to avoid a common error which causes Google to
label a site as spam (like those that push Viagra).
-- Three FREE facilities to check your site's HTML,
field and metatag ratings. (The higher the rating the
higher the Google rank.)
-- The best way to add a message board forum to a
site.
As if this wasn't enough, he then gratuitously walked
me through steps which made my PC more efficient,
improved my default settings, and answered questions
my questions about backups, hardware, CDs, etc.
ALL THIS FOR FREE -- AND UNTIL 3 AM! (I was the one
who cut the "conversation "short".)
His only request: That I write a Yahoo review -- and
say whatever I please about him.
Well, the only thing negative thing I can thing of is
that by writing this review I will overwhelm him with
other freeloaders like me! (LOL)
