Good Afternoon Ken:
I am so very sorry that it has taken me so long to
respond but, as you can imagine, we have been running
around trying to get some things done.
Ken, I really want to thank you for your assistance.
Your honesty and professionalism were truly welcomed.
You are really an expert in your field.
You identified the problem with my computer
immediately. The time you spent fixing my computer, as
well as, time spent answering all my questions
and instructing me on many different functions, were
as the advertisement says, PRICELESS.
